Team Pennsylvania Foundation Staff Augmentation Services

 

Vernon Land Use was retained by the Team Pennsylvania Foundation to assist in preparing a draft report for the Governor’s Marcellus Shale Advisory Commission.  The Commission issued a final report in July 2011 which presented an overview of shale gas exploration and production in Pennsylvania; a summary of the existing legislative and regulatory climate; summary of issues associated with shale gas exploration and development; and recommendations. Vernon Land Use assembled information provided by the Team Pennsylvania Foundation into a draft report, edited the report for grammar and content, and developed a section highlighting community impacts.  The draft report was used by the Team Pennsylvania Foundation and the Governor’s Office in finalizing the report.
