Vernon Land Use was member of a project team retained by the Pennsylvania Department of General Services to develop and implement an outreach strategy to engage state and local agencies and the public in identifying opportunities and issues associated with potential redevelopment of the former Harrisburg State Hospital property and select surrounding lands. Tasks included conducting stakeholder interviews with local, regional, and state officials and organizations; developing and implementing a stakeholder questionnaire; and preparing for and participating in a public open house.
